YOUR PERIOD DOESN'T HAVE TO SUCK ❤︎

After years of just accepting the pain that comes along with my period, I've developed a technique that has cured the pain WITHOUT using pain killers.
And I have to share this knowledge with the world!
So here it is!
– I've been taking Elix's Cycle Balance for over a year now. My cramps have become less painful, my energy levels are higher, and I have less blood clots in my flow.
– Listen to binaural beats! There is neurological component to pain. When my cramps get really painful, I listen to binaural beats while lying on a heating pad. Ideally, this should be treated like a meditation.
– Turmeric! Not this pills. Drink the powder. Don't be a lil bitch about it. Do whatever you need to do to drink it. You can add it to tea, smoothies, etc. I like to have it with water, apple cider vinegar and green vibrance first thing in the morning. And I use a frother wand to mix it together. I do this daily, regardless of my period.
– Prep your body a week before your period starts. Which means you're going to need a journal so you can be consistent each month. I like to do Qi-gong and yoga/stretch every morning a week before my period begins. If you already do these things on a daily basis, then you're already many steps ahead!
– Drink coconut water with half a lemon and half an orange squeezed into it as many times as you want daily. Hydration is a wonderful thing.
– And finally, do things that bring you wonderful pleasure.
